This week many tragedies occurred in Israel and my heart grows weak hearing the news.
There was one story I found particularly inspiring for this new month of Adar with Purim coming up.
This past Tuesday a terrorist stabbed an Orthodox man named Yonatan on the street who was collecting charity . He was stabbed several times in the chest and then in the neck. A store owner ran outside to check on the commotion and grabbed the terrorist. Yonatan then removed the knife from his neck and stabbed the terrorist to death.
A complete reversal. This is the story of Purim.
Haman builds gallows in order to hang Mordechai and he is the one who ends up being hung on the very gallows he created. May all plots against us be reversed.
